PCR-kits for detection of Dengue virus are available

We are pleased to inform you that new PCR kit for detection and differentiation of RNA Dengue virus genotypes is available.

Amplisens® Dengue virus type-FL PCR kit is an in vitro nucleic acid amplification test for qualitative detection and differentiation of RNA Dengue virus 1-4 genotypes in the clinical material (blood plasma, serum) and human autopsy material (brain, liver and spleen tissue) and animals (brain and spleen tissue), mosquitoes by means of PCR method with hybridization-fluorescence detection.

The results of PCR analysis are taken into account in complex diagnostics of disease.
