Dear colleagues, we are pleased to inform: the new PCR kits are available now:
AmpliSens® MTC-diff-FRT PCR kit is an in vitro nucleic acid amplification test for differentiation of the DNA of Mycobacterium tuberculosis complex (MTC) including the human (M.tuberculosis), the bovine (M.bovis) and also the vaccine (M.bovis BCG) strains in the clinical material and microorganism cultures using real-time fluorescence hybridization detection of amplified products.
AmpliSens® Pseudomonas aeruginosa-screen-titre-FRT PCR kit is an in vitro nucleic acid amplification test for qualitative detection and quantitation of the Pseudomonas aeruginosa DNA in the clinical material (blood, blood plasma, oropharyngeal swab, bronchoalveolar lavage (BAL), sputum, endotracheal aspirate, urine, prostatic secretion, cerebrospinal fluid, aspirate from lesions of organs and tissues) using ‘real-time’ hybridization-fluorescence detection of amplified products.
AmpliSens® Streptococcus agalactiae-screen-titre-FRT PCR kit is an in vitro nucleic acid amplification test for detection and quantitative analysis of Streptococcus agalactiae DNA in the clinical material (blood plasma, cerebrospinal fluid (CSF), oropharyngeal swabs, epithelial swabs of lateral vaginal walls, anorectal swabs) using the polymerase chain reaction (PCR) with real-time fluorescence hybridization detection.
AmpliSens® Streptococcus pyogenes-screen-titre-FRT PCR kit is an in vitro nucleic acid amplification test for detection and quantitative analysis of the Streptococcus pyogenes DNA in the clinical material (throat swabs, sputum, blood, biopsies, synovial fluid, wound discharge, cerebrospinal fluid (CSF), and urine) using PCR amplification with real-time fluorescence-hybridization detection of amplified products.
AmpliSens® Coxiella burnetii-FRT PCR kit is an in vitro nucleic acid amplification test for qualitative detection of the DNA of Coxiella burnetii in the ticks, biological human material (blood, sputum, bronchial washing fluid, liquor, autopsy material) and animal material (blood, autopsy material, placenta and abortive material) using real-time hybridization-fluorescence detection of amplified products.
AmpliSens® Cryptococcus neoformans-FRT PCR kit is an in vitro nucleic acid amplification test for qualitative detection of Cryptococcus neoformans DNA in the biological material (cerebrospinal fluid, bronchoalveolar lavage, sputum, blood, skin lesions aspirate, viscera biopsy and autopsy material) by using real-time hybridization-fluorescence detection of amplified products.
AmpliSens® Genoscreen-IL28B-FRT kit is an in vitro nucleic acid amplification test for qualitative detection of the single-nucleotide polymorphism (SNP) rs8099917 and rs12979860 in the Interleukin-28B gene (IL28B) in the clinical material (whole blood or swabs collected from the internal cheek surface (buccal epithelium)) by using real-time hybridization-fluorescence detection of amplified products.
