High-Risk Human Papilloma virus Infections:

• AmpliSens HPV HCR screen-titre-FRT PCR kit, Cat.№ R-V31-F-CE,

  PCR kit is an in vitro nucleic acid amplification test for detection and quantitation of types HR HPV 16, 18, 31, 33, 35, 39, 45, 51, 52, 56, 58, 59, 66, 68 of human papillomaviruses (HPV) of high carcinogenic risk (HCR) in clinical material by using real-time hybridization-fluorescence detection.

  The kit is intended for performing 110 tests, including controls, NON-aliquoted.

  Shelf life is 12 months. CE-mark is expected in May 2015.

Respiratory infections:

• AmpliSens Influenza virus A-type-FRT PCR kit, Cat.№ R-V54-100-F(RG,iQ,Dt,SC)-CE,

  PCR kit is an in vitro nucleic acid amplification test for qualitative detection and typing of Influenza virus A (identification to subtypes H1N1 and H3N2) RNA in Influenza virus cultures and in clinical material containing Influenza virus A RNA (nasal and oropharyngeal swabs; sputum or nasopharyngeal or tracheal aspirate; and autopsy material) by using real-time hybridization-fluorescence detection.

  The kit is intended for performing 100 tests, including controls, NON-aliquoted!

• AmpliSens Influenza virus А-type-H5, H7, H9, Cat.№ R-V66-F-CE

  PCR kit is an in vitro nucleic acid amplification test for typing (identification) of Influenza virus A subtypes H5, H7, H9 in Influenza virus cultures and biological material containing Influenza virus A RNA using real-time hybridization-fluorescence detection of amplified products.

  PCR kit can be used with suspected influenza without distinction of form and presence of manifestation.

  The kit is intended for performing 55 tests, including controls, NON-aliquoted!

• AmpliSens Enterovirus-FRT PCR kit, Cat.№ R-V16-F-CE,

  PCR kit is an in vitro nucleic acid amplification test for qualitative detection of Enterovirus RNA in the clinical material (cerebrospinal fluid, blister exudates, pharyngeal swabs, and fecal samples), culture liquid and concentrated water samples by using real-time hybridization-fluorescence detection.

• AmpliSens Yersinia enterocolitica/ Y.pseudotuberculosis -FRT PCR kit, Cat.№ R-B64(RG,iQ)-CE

  PCR kit is an in vitro nucleic acid amplification test for qualitative detection and differentiation of DNA of virulent and avirulent Yersinia enterocolitica strains (virulence is assessed by genes encoding enterotoxin (Yst), attachment invasion locus (ail), and plasmid pYV adhesion (yadA)) and Yersinia pseudotuberculosis strains in environmental samples (concentrated water samples) and clinical material (feces) by using real-time hybridization-fluorescence detection.

  PCR kit is an in vitro nucleic acid amplification test for simultaneous detection of hepatitis C virus RNA (HCV), hepatitis B virus DNA (HBV) and human immunodeficiency virus RNA (HIV-1 and HIV-2) in the clinical material by using real-time hybridization-fluorescence detection.

  This kit can be used for analysis of both individual samples and several samples combined in a minipool.

  The kit is intended for performing 100 tests, including controls, NON-aliquoted!.

Hepatitis virus infections:

• AmpliSens HBV-genotype-FRT PCR kit, Cat.№ R-V5-G-F-CE,

  PCR kit is an in vitro nucleic acid amplification test for qualitative detection and differentiation of hepatitis B virus (HBV) genotypes A, B, C and D in the clinical material (blood plasma) using real-time hybridization-fluorescence detection of amplified products.

  PCR kit is recommended to use after detection of hepatitis B virus DNA by PCR kits for qualitative or quantitative analysis manufactured by Federal Budget Institute of Science “Central Research Institute for Epidemiology” (for example, AmpliSens^® HBV-FRT or AmpliSens^® HBV-Monitor-FRT) with the use of hybridization-fluorescence detection.

  The results of PCR analysis are taken into account in complex diagnostics of disease.

• AmpliSens HGV-FRT PCR kit, R-V2-50-F(RG,iQ,Mx,Dt)-CE,

DNA/RNA Extraction Kits:

• MAGNO-sorb nucleic acid extraction kit variant 100-200, Cat.№ K2-16-200-CE,
