New kits Amplisens® ESBL CTX-M-FL, Amplisens® HLA-B27-FL, Amplisens® F2/F5-SNP-FL, Amplisens® MTHFR-SNP-FL, Amplisens® MTC-MDR-FL and Amplisens® AII-bacto-screen-FL will be available soon in InterLabService company.

Amplisens® ESBL CTX-M-FL

Amplisens® ESBL CTX-M-FL kit allows extended-spectrum beta-lactamase (ESBL) genes from CTX-M cluster detection in microbiological cultures by PCR method with hybridization-fluorescent detection of amplification products.

Antibiotic resistance is one of the biggest threats to global health and food security today. ESBL-positive bacteria species are resistant to most beta-lactam antibiotics leading to more complicated treatment of infected organism, longer hospital stays, higher medical costs and increased mortality. It is very important to prevent and control the spread of antibiotic resistance; that is why we developed Amplisens® ESBL CTX-M-FL kit for detection antibiotic resistance in microbiological cultures gained from human biota or food samples.

Amplisens® HLA-B27-FL

Amplisens® HLA-B27-FL kit is designed for 27 allele in the B locus of major histocompatibility complex (HLA-B27) detection by PCR method with hybridization-fluorescent detection of amplification products. DNA extracted from whole blood samples or human genome DNA might be used for PCR protocol.

HLA-B27 is known to be associated with ankylosing spondylitis (AS) and other associated inflammatory diseases. Amplisens® HLA-B27-FL kit is suitable for early diagnostics and for choosing the autoimmune diseases treatment strategy.

Amplisens® F2/F5-SNP-FL

Amplisens® F2/F5-SNP-FL kit can detect genotype polymorphisms 20210 G>A (rs1799963) in prothrombin gene (F2) and R534Q G>A (rs6025) in proaccelerin gene (F5) in DNA extracted from whole blood samples by PCR method with hybridization-fluorescent detection of amplification products.

Amplisens® F2/F5-SNP-FL kit is developed for revealing the tendency of thrombosis (both venous and arterial) arising in patients with thromboembolic disorders, especially recurrent or juvenile; patients with cardiovascular disease; women with noncarrying of pregnancy and other obstetric disorders; patients before surgery and before oral contraceptives prescription.

Amplisens® MTHFR-SNP-FL

Amplisens® MTHFR-SNP-FL kit allows detection of polymorphisms (A222V C>T (rs1801133) and E429A A>C (rs1801131)) in methylenetetrahydrofolate reductase (MTHFR) gene in DNA extracted from whole blood samples or human genome DNA by PCR method with hybridization-fluorescent detection of amplification products.

Amplisens® MTHFR-SNP-FL kit is applicable for determination of genetic predisposition to folate metabolism disorders and thrombosis development disorders; as well as genetic research of other MTHFR polymorphism-dependent multifactorial diseases.

Amplisens® MTC-MDR-FL

Amplisens® MTC-MDR-FL kit is developed for detection of DNA mutations in Mycobacterium tuberculosis responsible for rifampicin resistance (572 codone of RRDR of rpoB gene) and isoniazid resistance (315 codone of katG gene and promotor region of inhA gene) by PCR method with hybridization-fluorescent detection of amplification products. Samples of DNA extracted from sputum, bronchoalveolar lavage, bronchial wash, pleural fluid, urine and Mycobacterium tuberculosis cultures might be used. We recommend using Amplisens® MTC-MDR-FL kit when examining newly identified tuberculosis-positive patients for fast and correct treatment scheme using.

Amplisens® AII-bacto-screen-FL

Amplisens® AII-bacto-screen-FL kit is developed for bacteria DNA determination and differentiation by PCR method with hybridization-fluorescent detection of amplification products. The kit works with DNA extracted from Shigella spp., enteroinvasive E. coli (EIEC), Salmonella spp., enterohemorrhagic E. coli (EHEC), thermophilic Campylobacter spp. gained from feces or environment.

Amplisens® AII-bacto-screen-FL kit allows to study individuals suspected of intestinal infection.
