AmpliSens® Influenza virus A/B-FRT PCR kit is an in vitro nucleic acid amplification test for qualitative detection of RNA of Influenza virus A and Influenza virus В in the biological material (nasopharyngeal and oropharyngeal swabs; sputum; aspirate of trachea; bronchoalveolar lavage, bronchial washing fluid, autopsy material, viral culture) using real-time hybridization-fluorescence detection of amplified products.
NOTICE: This kit requires reverse transcription step. We recommend Reverta-L (К3-4-50-CE) reverse transcription kit for better results.
Recommended extraction kits: RIBO-sorb (K2-1-Et-100-CE), RIBO-prep (K2-9-Et-100-CE). It is possible to use other nucleic acid extraction protocols.
