AmpliSens® Enterovirus-FEP PCR kit is an in vitro nucleic acid amplification test for qualitative detection of Enterovirus RNA in the clinical material (cerebrospinal fluid, blister exudates, oropharyngeal swabs, and fecal samples), culture liquid and concentrated water samples using end-point hybridization -fluorescence detection of amplified products.
NOTICE: This kit requires reverse transcription step. We recommend Reverta-L (К3-4-50-CE) reverse transcription kit for better results.
Recommended extraction kits: RIBO-sorb (K2-1-Et-100-CE), RIBO-prep (K2-9-Et-100-CE). It is possible to use other nucleic acid extraction protocols.
